Restructured bonds will have 5 years maturity and one day from the issue date. Bonds will get maturity in 2019-20. Conversion price at that time will be Rs.15.46.

Major decision of the board is approved the ban on animal testing for cosmetics. Decision was taken under the leadership of GN Singh Drug Controller General of India and Jagdish Prasad India’s Director General of Health Services.
