- Requirement: Two (02) Engineers (ME/M.Tech/MS in Laser Technology).
- Qualification: M.E/M.TECH/MS in Laser Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
- Age: Maximum age limit as on 01.08.2014 is 28 years.
- PAY SCALE : Rs. 16400/- 3% – Rs.50500/-(Two Additional increments will be granted)
- Job Description:Candidate has to work on Cutting edge Technologies in Lasers/Electroptics in following activitiesDesign of LasersDevelopment of Laser based Electroptics Systems as a part of multidisciplinary team System AnalysisTesting of Systems Integration of Systems System Evaluation in-house & by Customer The candidates with relevant knowledge base/skill sets in the following areas are preferredKnowledge in Photonics/Electro Optics Technologies.Knowledge of Solid state lasers like Nd:YAG, Er:Glass etc, related pumping mechanisms – Flashlamp, Diode Laser pumping; Q switching techniques ;Frequency conversion techniques like SHG, OPO Knowledge of Laser Resonators & associated Mathematical Analysis Knowledge of Fiber Lasers/Fiber AmplifiersBasic understanding of Optics Analytical Skills
- Desirable: Working knowledge of Softwares like LASCAD/ MATLAB/ ZEEMAX/ etc Knowledge of High power lasers Knowledge of Ring Laser Gyro/Fiber optic Gyro Basic Understanding of Electronics
- Method of Selection : shortlisted candidates will be called for written test followed by interview.
